Shipping Fees and Order Processing Time

Shipping is free for Philippines orders over ₱1,999.00. For Philippines orders under ₱1,999.00, we will charge a flat rate of ₱180.00 for shipping. Please include a full first and last name in your shipping address to avoid shipping delays or misdelivery.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days. High traffic periods (such as new releases or restocks) may take up to 10 business days to ship. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. As processing times can vary depending on order volume, we ask for your patience during high traffic periods!

We are not responsible for mistyped or incorrect addresses–orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrectly entered address or a delivery access issue are not eligible for reshipment.

If you plan to ship to a hotel, please place your order at least two weeks in advance of your stay. When you place an order, please enter your check-in and check-out dates and reservation name in the Address 2 field (apartment/suite/unit #).

Restrictions on Shipping

We DO NOT ship to resellers, businesses, storefronts, LLCs, storage facilities, warehouses, transshipping agencies, or freight forwarders.

Please note that some orders may be adjusted or cancelled by us without any notice for one of the following reasons:

  • Bulk purchase which appears to be for resale.

  • Order requesting shipment to a forwarding service agency. We deliver only to the Philippines. For orders to ship elsewhere in the world, please visit SonnyAngelStore.com.

  • Multiple or duplicate orders that go beyond order limits
