Return and Exchange Policy

I. INTRODUCTION

1. DREAMS Global Trading Manila Inc. has created the following Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy ("Return Policy" or "Policy") to let you know of your rights when purchasing products from our site and/or use the Sonny Angel App (“Services”), This Policy is issued in accordance with the Department of Trade and Industry’s Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 7394, also known as the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

2. This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through DREAMS Global Trading Manila Inc., or any of its official channels. The terms “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the customer/purchaser. The terms “Dreams” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DREAMS Global Trading Manila Inc.

II. RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

1. Customers are entitled to a refund or exchange only in cases where a product is defective and such issue remains unresolved within fourteen (14) days from the date Dreams is notified.

2. The Company shall determine the validity of a return/refund request based on the following conditions:

a. Requests must be made within 3 days upon receipt of the product/s;
b. Product/s must be unused, and maintained in its original condition and packaging;
c. Failure to protest items suspected of damage immediately upon receipt, shall not be accepted, replaced nor refunded.
d. Only manufacturing defects shall be replaced or refunded.
e. Requests involving damage caused by the customer or a third party will not be approved.
f. Requests for any purchase not made directly from Dreams’ official channels may be declined.

3. A change of mind does not qualify for return or refund. The “No Return, No Exchange” prohibition applies only to defective or imperfect goods.

4. All requests must be sent to Contact Form and must include:

a. Clear photos and/or videos of the defect or damage;
b. Full name, shipping address, and contact number;
c. The original official receipt or sales invoice;

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, and/or accessories, unless such defect prevents compliance.

DREAMS Global Trading Manila Inc. reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers and/or delete or freeze customer accounts at any time due to:

a. Irregular or excessive returns history involving opened, altered, damaged, or missing tags;
b. Purchases made for resale purposes;
c. Creation of multiple account IDs by one user;
d. Purchases made with an apparent pattern of excessive or repeated returns beyond customer use;
e. Potential fraudulent or criminal activity;

DREAMS Global Trading Manila Inc. has the final decision on all returns, refunds or exchanges.

III. REFUND PROCESS

1. Once eligible, the request shall be processed within seven (7) business days from confirmation.

2. Refunds may take up to 60 days and shall be issued through the original mode of payment.
