Shipping Fees and Order Processing Time

For orders over ₱1,999, shipping is free. For orders under ₱1,999, we will charge ₱180 for shipping. We DO NOT ship to resellers, warehouses, transshipping agencies, or freight forwarders. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Expect your orders to be dispatched within 3-5 business days. High traffic periods (such as new releases or holidays) have a 5-7 business days dispatch time and may take up to 10 business days. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for mistyped or incorrect addresses–orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrectly entered address or a delivery access issue are not eligible for reshipment.

If you plan to ship to a hotel, please place your order at least two weeks in advance of your stay. When you place an order, please enter your check-in and check-out dates and reservation name in the Address 2 field (apartment/suite/unit #).

Restrictions on Shipping

We DO NOT ship to resellers, businesses, storefronts, LLCs, storage facilities, warehouses, transshipping agencies, or freight forwarders.

Please note that some orders may be adjusted or cancelled by us without any notice for one of the following reasons:

  • Bulk purchase which appears to be for resale.
