  • This website is the official online store of Sonny Angel operated by Dreams Global Trading Manila Inc. (Company).
  • By accessing or using this website, you (User or Member) agree and consent contained in these Terms of Service (Terms), including any updates or modifications made from time to time.

Membership Registration

  • Registration is free of charge and entitles the member to enjoy various special offers subject to these Terms.
  • Members who register either through the website and the Sonny Angel exclusive app shall accumulate Sonny Angel Points (SA Points) with each Sonny Angel purchase. Members may exchange their SA Points for gifts.
  • By registering as a member, you agree to:
    • Create only one account;
    • Provide accurate, truthful, current and complete information in the creation of the account;
    • Maintain and promptly update your account information;
    • Maintain the security of your account by not sharing your password and other access credentials with others;
    • Take responsibility for all User activity made under your account.
  • The Company may decline, or if already created, cancel the registration of accounts using the same email address.
  • The Company may also decline, or if already created, cancel the registration of accounts using the same address, phone number, and/or name of account holder even if registered under different email addresses.
  • Account cancellation due to violation of these Terms shall include forfeiture and/or invalidation of earned points.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate or cancel accounts that:
    • Contain false or misleading information;
    • Duplicate or fraudulent;
    • Violate these Terms.

SA Points

  • Members may acquire SA Points for their purchases subject to the conditions stated in the product page for SA points allocation. The purchase of some items do not earn SA Points.
  • No SA Points shall be earned by duplicate accounts.
  • SA Points:
    • Are non-transferrable, may not be used as discounts, and have no cash value;
    • May be subject to expiration or forfeiture; and
    • May be revoked for any violation of these Terms.

Account Security

  • Specific registration information, such as member ID and password, shall only be used by the registered member and shall not be transferable.
  • Users are responsible for managing their own ID and password. Any activity done through the use of the User’s account shall be deemed authorized by the User. The Company shall not liable for any damages for any unauthorized use.

Change of Membership Information

  • Members shall update their address information directly through My Page. For any other changes to registration details, please contact us via the contact form and complete the necessary procedures.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from any delay in information update.

Orders

  • All orders placed through the website are subject to, and may be refused or cancelled, for the following reasons:
    • Product unavailability;
    • Pricing or typographical errors;
    • Fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times provided for on the website may vary due to logistical circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
  • The User is fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery information. The Company shall not be responsible for misdelivered products resulting from errors in the User’s provided delivery information.

Returns and Refunds

  • The Company shall determine the validity of a return/refund request based on the following conditions:
    • Requests must be made within 3 days upon receipt of the product/s;
    • Product/s must be unused, and maintained in its original condition and packaging;
    • Failure to protest items suspected of damage immediately upon receipt, shall not be accepted, replaced nor refunded.
    • Only manufacturing defects shall be replaced or refunded.

Membership Termination Procedures

  • Please contact us through the Contact form if you wish to terminate your membership.
  • All termination procedures must be completed.

Prohibited Conduct

The User agrees not to:

    • Use another person’s ID or password without authorization;
    • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
    • Use of automated programs and/or software (bots) to access, purchase and gain unfair advantage in exclusive and/or limited releases;
    • Duplicate, forward, or re-distribute images, data, information, or any content from the website and app in any format for any purpose without written consent from the Company through its authorized representative/s;
    • Purchase any product for the purpose of reselling, repackaging or redistribution.
    • Engage in any unlawful activity.

The Company reserves the right to demand compensation for any damage that may arise from any violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

    All content, images and products found on the website and/or app, including but not limited to any images, graphics, logos, and marks, are owned by the Company and are protected by law.

    No part of the website and/or app may be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose without prior written consent of the Company though its authorized representative/s.

Data Privacy

The Company collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By using this website and/or app, the User consents to the processing of personal information and sensitive information for the purpose of account management, order fulfillment, customer support, and marketing communications.

When necessary, the Company reserves the right to change these Terms as published in this website. The Company also reserves the right to change or to terminate this service or program at any time. All changes to these Terms supersede older versions, all of which shall be deemed cancelled effective immediately. The version of these Terms, as currently published in this website shall, at all times, prevail.

Disclaimer/Liability

Use of the Company’s website and/or app shall be at the User’s own risk. To the maximum extend permitted by law:

  • The Company disclaims all liability whatsoever, whether arising from contract, tort (excluding negligence) or otherwise in relation to the use of the Company’s website and app;
  • The Company shall not be liable for economic loss, loss of goodwill, or indirect damages arising from the use of its website and app.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any unresolved claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by litigation in the proper courts of Makati City, to the exclusion of all other venues. Prior to the resolution of a dispute, the Parties will continue to perform their respective obligations under these Terms to the extent that those obligations are not the subject matter of the dispute and shall have the option to continue to perform those obligations which are the subject matter of the dispute.
